Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your TEES4VETS order!  If for some reason you aren't, we are happy to make an exchange for another selection or issue a refund if necessary.  All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.  All returned items must be received in like new condition in the original packaging.  Customer is responsible for arranging return shipments and for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, including outbound shipping costs for exchanges.  Exchanges and refunds will be processed after merchandise has been received and inspected to ensure the item is in resalable condition and in original packaging.  Our mailing envelopes are reusable!  Customer should return items in the original envelope.  Please contact us at customerservice@tees4vets.com to inquire about a return or exchange.

Shipping Your Order

Most orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.  Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.  We will let you know via email when your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail.  Shipping charges are applied at a flat rate of $2.99 for all orders under $50.00.  Orders over $50.00 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.  Orders over $500 may incur additional shipping charges.

Some orders containing more than one item may ship in separate packages.  Remote or hard to reach areas may incur additional shipping charges.  If this is the case, we will notify you via email or phone before the items are shipped.  Customer is responsible for any and all duties and tariffs.  Please contact us directly at customerservice@tees4vets.com to inquire about delivery outside the United States.

Canceled Orders

A 5% fee will be charged for a canceled order that has been processed to pay for credit card and related processing fees.
